- Your partner identity comes from your approved account — it is not typed into a form.
- Each registration is recorded as pending verification while EICL checks for existing leads and duplicate registrations.
- Registration records your introduction; it does not by itself create protection or a commission entitlement.
- Protection period, renewal and dispute handling will be set out in the Agent Partner terms.

When is my commission processed?
The corresponding eligible commission is processed within 24 hours after EICL receives and confirms the client’s payment, subject to the Agent Partner terms. Processing is not the same as bank settlement, and registering a client does not by itself trigger payment.
Do I wait until completion?
No. Where a commission policy is confirmed — currently Crescent standard off-plan sales — commission is paid progressively as each client payment is confirmed.
What about Close and Crescent financed sales?
Commission for Close investor-stage sales and for Crescent sales financed at completion is still to be confirmed by EICL. No figure is offered for those routes until it is.
Does registering a client guarantee attribution?
No. EICL verifies each introduction, including existing leads and duplicate registrations. Protection period, renewal and dispute rules will be set out in the Agent Partner terms.
Can I use my own advertising?
Use current, approved EICL branding, pricing, project information and claims. Approved partners receive sales resources and brand guidance.
