EICL Crescent — Building Upwards

This update follows EICL Crescent, our 24-residence development in Alpha Beach, Lekki, from the ground up. Every photograph below is dated, and renders are labelled as renders.

Where Crescent stands — August 2026

As of the August 2026 construction update, Crescent is at first-floor stage. The target handover is June 2027.

The journey so far

• Piling — complete. The project report for 25 February to 24 April 2026 records 96 piles completed on 10 April 2026.
• Substructure — complete. Foundations and substructure followed the piling works.
• Ground floor — complete.
• First floor — current, as of the August 2026 update.
• Next: superstructure, finishing and handover. We will publish each stage with dated evidence as it happens.

Below the surface

The work that matters most is often the work you never see again. In April 2026 the site was still in its foundation stage — reinforcement, excavation and the substructure that everything above depends on.

Building upwards

By August the structure had risen to first floor, with the stair cores taking shape. Construction stages do not change anyone’s payment terms automatically — payments follow the milestones set out in each purchase agreement.
